Your Workspace in WP Umbrella is the central hub for your team’s activities. You can customize it with a logo and name to make it easily recognizable. Understanding how workspaces and team management function will help you streamline collaboration across multiple projects.

Understanding Workspaces & Team Management 
Each workspace is linked to WP Umbrella’s team member feature.
You can own only one workspace but can be invited to multiple workspaces.
As a workspace owner, you have full control over settings, billing, and team management.
As a member of another workspace, you can collaborate without affecting your workspace setup.
Use a clear and recognizable logo to help team members easily identify the correct workspace. Name your workspace after a project or department to avoid confusion—especially for members in multiple workspaces.How to Customize Your Workspace 
Adding a Logo 
Navigate to the Workspace Management section.
Click on the logo placeholder (pencil icon) to upload a new image.
Upload a file in .png, .jpg, or .svg format.
Once uploaded, the image will be set as your workspace’s identity.
Naming Your Workspace 
Below the logo section, find the Workspace Name field.
Click inside the text box (where "My Workspace" appears by default).
Enter a name that accurately represents your team or project.
Keep it concise yet descriptive, especially if team members belong to multiple workspaces.
Saving Your Changes 
After customizing your workspace, click Save (bottom-right of the page) to apply your changes.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
1. My logo isn’t uploading. What should I do?
Ensure your file is in .png, .jpg, or .svg format. Try uploading a smaller file size if the upload is slow. Refresh your page and attempt the upload again.
2. I can’t rename my workspace. Why?
Only workspace owners can change the name. If you’re a team member, ask the workspace owner to update it.
3. Can I be part of multiple workspaces?
Yes! You can own one workspace but be invited to others for collaboration.
