Prerequisites: An active WP Umbrella account with a valid subscription
Navigate to your profile icon in the top-right corner and click Subscription from the dashboard.
Click on Update Payment Method to open your subscription management page in Stripe.
This will redirect you to Stripe, where all your billing details are securely stored.
Once inside the Stripe portal, you can:
Upgrade Your Account
Update Payment Method

1. I can’t find the Subscription tab. Where is it?
The Subscription link is in the top-right corner of your WP Umbrella dashboard. If it’s missing, make sure you are logged into the correct account.
2. How do I update my credit card details?
Click Update Payment Method, which will take you to the Stripe billing portal, where you can enter new card details.
3. Can I download past invoices?
Yes! In the Stripe portal, you can view and download all previous invoices.
4. What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
