Steps to Follow 
Step 1: Authorize WP Umbrella’s IP Addresses
First, you need to whitelist WP Umbrella’s IP addresses to allow a secure connection to your server. Here are the IP addresses you need to authorize:
212.129.45.77
212.83.142.5
212.83.175.107
2001:41d0:306:1702::/64
2001:BC8:2B7F:801::292/64
How to authorize them:
Log in to your O2Switch cPanel.
Go to the SSH Authorization tool located in the Tools section.
Add the above IP addresses to the authorized list.
Note: This step is crucial to ensure WP Umbrella can connect securely and restore your site properly.
Step 2: Provide FTP Credentials to WP Umbrella
Next, share your primary FTP account credentials with WP Umbrella.
Important: Use only your main FTP account—O2Switch does not allow secure connections for secondary FTP accounts.

1. Can I use a secondary FTP account?
No, O2Switch does not allow secure (SFTP/FTPS) connections for secondary accounts. You must use your main FTP account.

3. What if I don’t know my main FTP credentials?
You can find or reset them inside your O2Switch cPanel, under FTP Accounts, or by contacting O2Switch support.

5. What if my website is down and I can’t use REST API for restore?
