Step 1: Understanding WP Umbrella Variables

Here's a quick breakdown of the variables currently available for you to use:

  • [[client.firstname]] - Retrieves the first name of the client.
  • [[client.lastname]] - Fetches the last name of the client.
  • [[client.company_name]] - Pulls the company name of the client.
  • [[project.base_url]] - Retrieves the URL of the website(s) owned by the client in WP Umbrella.
  • [[]] - Fetches the phone number of the client.
  • [[client.website_url]] - Pulls the URL of the client's company website.

Step 2: How to Insert Variables

Inserting these variables is a breeze. You can simply click on the corresponding buttons to include them in your report. 😊


Please note that currently, you can only use variables in the welcome / closing messages and in the email subject and body. We're working on expanding this capability, so stay tuned!
