I Have False Negative (Downtime): What Can I Do?

Sometimes, web hosting providers' firewalls might prevent us from getting the HTTP status code of your website. 

In such a situation, you have to contact your hosting provider support and share with them this message : 

Hey,

I’m using an uptime monitoring service named  WP Umbrella which is blocked by your firewall.

To fix this, could you stop blocking their bot? All the information are detailed in this article: https://wp-umbrella.com/communication-with-our-service/

If you are using a firewall or Cloudflare, make sure to have our IP addresses whitelisted in order to avoid false downtime:

167.99.218.170/32
206.189.101.66/32
